One of my blog buds, Sara, just welcomed a new, little addition to her family. I wanted to help her out and I thought I’d send her some food. But… the problem is that I’m in Pennsylvania and she’s in Arizona. :D A sausage and peppers sandwich probably would not travel very well! So, instead I sent her this recipe and a post to share with her readers so she can spend more time with her little guy.
I’m sharing the sandwich recipe on her blog today, if you wanted to stop by and learn how to make simple sausage and peppers. It is one of my hubby’s favorites! It would be a great recipe to make ahead and give to a friend who needs a meal that ‘keeps’ and can be reheated.
